Tara Kimbrell Cole, Chief Executive

Is an international entrepreneur with extensive experience in financial
services, the launching of new businesses, product & business development
and solution delivery in challenging, fluid operational environments. A
professional in international commercial finance, Ms. Cole has 19 years
of experience in Europe, Asia and the United States (10 years in Asia).
As a serial innovator, she has been an early mover recognizing opportunities
and solving complex market problems by delivering creative cutting edge
solutions that later became institutionally or widely adopted.
Prior to founding Global Trade Finance Network Ltd.™ (GTFNet),
Ms. Cole was the founder and C.E.O. of International Aval Asia Ltd. ("IAA"),
a company active in intermediation in export finance and the acquisition
and distribution of cross border receivables. IAA was the exclusive Asia
representative for over four years of BB Aval GmbH (“BBA”),
the trade finance (forfaiting) subsidiary of Berliner Bank, Germany. At
the time, Berliner Bank was 59% owned by the city of Berlin, with capital
of USD 6.5 billion.
Prior to founding IAA, Ms. Cole founded a successful boutique merchant
banking company, which acted as a principal in the purchase and sale of
debt assets to domestic and foreign banks. The company specialised in
the financing of letters of credit and insurance company guarantees generated
from private placement investments.
Ms. Cole, a Wharton Alumna, was inducted in January 2003 into The
Wharton Society of Fellows, Aresty Institute of Executive Education, The
Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Amongst Ms. Cole's other interests, She is on the executive committee
of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM), Singapore;
executive council of Women's Business Connection; the deputy chairman of
the Small Medium Enterprise Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce
and a member of the Financial Women's Association, Singapore. Ms, Cole is
a member of the Women on Boards committee of The International Alliance
for Women (TIAW), a USA based international organization.
Marcia Longman, Managing Director,

Ms. Longman is Managing Director of Lunalux, Inc., a strategic marketing
and development firm. Her major clients include global financial service
institutions. Prior to joining Lunalux, Ms. Longman held senior marketing
positions at Scudder, Stevens & Clark and Citibank. In total, Ms. Longman
has over 25 years experience in marketing with financial product expertise.
Her work has been concentrated in the areas of development, branding, communications,
customer acquisition and retention, and market research. She has also done
marketing work in the Far East and has hands-on experience with emerging
markets.
Madhav D. Bhave , Managing Director

Mr. Bhave has worked for over 22 years with Indian, US, European and Japanese
banks in India, Hong Kong and Singapore. In each of these institutions,
he was particularly involved with development of 'start-up' business lines.
As Asst. General Manager, International Finance, at The Sanwa Bank (in Singapore),
Executive Director, Merchant Banking at Banca Commerciale Italiana (in Hong
Kong) and a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company (in Singapore and Hong
Kong) he built teams concentrating on trade finance, project finance and
syndicated/structured debt transactions and successful origination and distribution
(structured finance) operations.
Koh Kwee Ngee, Executive Director

Mr. Koh Kwee Ngee Mr Koh started his banking career at The Union Bank
of Switzerland (UBS). He was part of the management team for the regional
equity trading and brokering business before he moved to the Bank's regional
management office as Chief of Staff to the Chairman in Asia. In that capacity,
he was involved in the Bank's various businesses at a strategy level. After
leaving UBS he helped Lim Ho Kee, the ex-Chairman of UBS in Asia set up
a private equity business, Cypress Woods Pte Ltd and was its General Manager
until 1999 when he joined The Development Bank of Singapore (DBS). At DBS,
he was part of 2 working teams that developed the corporate strategy of
the Private Client Group as well as the Institutional Banking Group. Subsequently
as head of the business support unit for The Investment Banking Group, he
built a team that was responsible for MIS, HR, IT, Governance and Controls,
Corporate Services, Projects. He left DBS in 2000 to pursue personal interests
after turning down the offer to be Chief of Staff to the current President
of the Bank.
Kean S. Ng, Vice President Operations |

Mr. Ng is the Founder and Managing Director of Tangwo Trading, a company
based in Singapore. Prior to this he was Area Manager for Allison Transmission
Division of General Motors responsible for coordinating all sales and services
for the South East Asian region, developing maintaining and enhancing customer
relationships. Mr. Ng is an Engineer by training and has solid analytical
and operations skills.

Searches and contracts for members of Management Team are being managed
by Mark Schneiderman, the founder of Schneiderman Associates, Inc. Prior
to forming Schneiderman Associates, he served as Senior Vice President,
Human Resources for Chemical Bank and Alexander & Alexander Services.
He was a key leader in a global corporate transformation, point person in
several large-scale merger integrations, and the key executive responsible
for organization change in a major turnaround. Schneiderman Associates is
focused on achieving business objectives through effective alignment of
management systems and processes.
